Walk in cooler panels structure:
The PU sandwich panel has a cam-lock structure that allows for easy installation. It offers various benefits such as fire resistance, high compressive strength, and good sealing. The panel is suitable for temperatures ranging from -58°F~212°F（-50°C to +100°C） and is long-lasting. By using polyurethane with superior insulation properties as the core material and pre-painted galvanized iron (PPGI/color steel), 304 stainless steel or aluminum as the outer material, the heat conduction caused by the temperature difference between the interior and exterior can be minimized, resulting in maximum efficiency of the freezing and refrigeration system.

To join the panels together, the male cam lock is inserted into the female cam lock and rotated. As the cam rotates, it pulls the two panels together, compressing the foam insulation and creating a tight seal between the two panels. Once all the panels are connected, the joints are typically sealed with a specialized sealant to prevent air leaks and improve the insulation properties of the structure.
Walk in cooler panels size:
The standard width of panel is 37.8'' (960mm), and the length can be customized. We recommend that the production length be 115''(2900mm) inches, 230''(5900mm), or 465''(11800mm) inches to fit the sea container of 20GP, 40GP, or 40HC.
