Payment & Order

Coldkin Cold Room & Freezer Room and accessories are customized, all products require communication with customer service before placing an order.

Payment methods： Paypal payment for amount less than $1000, larger amounts by bank transfer to the official company account. USD Dollars is allowed. All product price are exclusive of shipping fee. The total cost of the order is the price of the products and the shipping fee. Exactly shipping fee we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way. Please contact us for further information.

Payment terms:
Coldkin payment terms is 70% deposit, and 30% before shipment.

If for some reason we are unable to ship your order, the value of the order will be refunded to original method of payment.

All items on site are customized items, we will proceed with your order as soon as possible, it means that it begins processing and designing ASAP once the order placed. In this case, please contact us to confirm if the order under production or not when you want to exchange or refund the item. Please kindly note that even if you contact our customer service department after you change your mind about your order, it might already be put into production. In that case, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been put into production or shipped out.

Cancellations/Returns
For customized cold room storage Products, we may not be able to cancel or change your order once your items have been put into production. This would mean that the molding and shaping has started. To cancel or change it, would mean a charge of 70% restocking fee based on the item’s price, the deposit will not return, because the item is made to order and can no longer be sold as new. Restocking fee often includes raw material used, human cost, and the handling fee.

Please communicate with customer service before payment. If customer pay without confirming the details and then request a refund, the customer will incur a loss of about 10% of the payment value. To avoid unnecessary losses, we emphasize once again not to pay before confirming the order.
