Vaccine library; 0~8℃ can be used to store vaccines, medicines, etc. the
Drug cold storage: 2~8 ℃ for storage of drugs and biological products, etc. the
Blood storage bank: 5~1℃ can be used to store blood, pharmaceutical and biological products, etc. the
Low-temperature insulation storage: -20~-30℃ to store plasma, biological materials, vaccines, reagents, etc. the

2. Coldkin library board configuration:

The standard thickness for library boards is 100mm, while the width and height can be customized. Cold storage boards come in thicknesses of 60mm, 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm.
Warehouse boards are typically 100mm thick and have double sides made of plastic-coated color steel plates. The surface of the color steel plate is processed into an invisible groove, making it an excellent material for thermal insulation storage. The thermal insulation material of the library board is made of lightweight polyurethane foam that is integrally formed and provides excellent thermal insulation. The double-sided color steel plate adopts an advanced eccentric hook and groove hook, which allows for tight connections between warehouse boards and excellent sealing performance to minimize cold air leakage and enhance heat insulation. Combined cold storage panels (T-shaped, wall, and corner) can be assembled in any space. It is simple and practical, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly.
The electric control box outside the medical cold storage has a dual control circuit function, which can automatically switch between conventional power supply and standby power supply.
The system can automatically switch between the main compressor and auxiliary compressor and digitally display the temperature in the warehouse. It has automatic monitoring, regulation, display, and temperature upper and lower limit alarm functions. A more advanced temperature and humidity recorder is used to record the temperature, and it can be equipped with an ultra-low temperature mobile phone SMS automatic alarm system for special users. The entire process can be unattended.
Cold storage refrigeration equipment mainly consists of cold storage compressors and evaporators. Small-scale cold storage typically uses fully enclosed fluorine refrigeration compressors due to their low power consumption, low failure rate, and relatively low price.
